Atlas appeared at the doorstep of the Enforcers secret base, much to the consternation of the government. Seemingly made of earth and rock, he has adopted a roughly humanoid form over the years. Polite and soft-spoken, with gravelly metallic voice, Atlas claims he has come to help humans and guide them back into harmony with the elements. Although he lacks the dexterity to manipulate or build complex things, he nonetheless is very curious about what can be built with metal and other products of the earth, especially electronics. Strangely enough, Atlas has innate piloting skills, having no need for the advanced avionics in the Obsidian Eagle, the multi-use mobile platform vehicle that the OE uses for transportation. Although the OE handlers are a bit perplexed by this earthen behemoth and his intentions, his good-natured attitude as well as his supernatural abilities have allayed concerns.
