Frenzy

Who or what Frenzy exactly is remains conjecture. Although she claims to be a refugee from another dimension she calls Vesca, it's not considered credible. Her passions lie at the top, governing her, and she has had to be restrained by Blackwulf on occasion. When questioned by the press, a senior official said: "[Frenzy] is a weapon that works, like a pistol. I don't know about you, but I've never felt the need to talk to my pistol in order to trust that it works when I need it to."

Frenzy has demonstrated a knowledge of the criminal underworld that has led some to theorize she has a criminal background, but there are no facts available to support it. Her ability with weapons, especially blades, and a keen ability to use neary any object to lethal effect is evidence enough for some.

Frenzy posesses twin short swords, that she calls her Shivas, made from an advanced alloy. Through these, she's able to focus, channel and project sound bursts capable of stunning those caught in their concussive blast. She is fascinated by sound in all forms, and has shown some crude ability at voice mimicry, which is not effective for extended periods but is convincing for short periods.

In spite of her passionate disposition, Frenzy works well with the Enforcers, and exceptionally so with Atlas. Because of her violent outbursts, Frenzy has been labeled dangerous, and unpredictable and is monitored closely by Obsidian Command.
